BR04: Route 11 West/Route 421

Project Purpose

The purpose of this study will be to analyze the operational and safety issues identified at three intersections: Route 11 at Commonwealth Avenue, Route 11 at Bob Morrison Boulevard, and Route 11 at Vance Street in Bristol, VA. The objective of this study is to identify preferred improvement alternatives that enhance bicycle/pedestrian access, safety, and transit access.

Survey

The survey regarding potential transportation safety and operations improvements along Route 11/Euclid Avenue in Bristol at three intersections (Vance Street, Bob Morrison Boulevard, and Commonwealth Avenue) is complete.
