N. Combs Road to Cecil Street
The Phase 2 survey regarding potential improvements along the ALT U.S. Route 58 corridor, including the N. Combs Rd. intersection and the segment between N. Combs Rd. and Cecil St. in Lee County is complete.
The purpose of this study is to conduct value engineering of previously developed project recommendations for two locations along the ALT U.S. Route 58 corridor within Lee County. These locations include the N. Combs Road intersection and the segment between N. Combs Road and Cecil Street. This study will focus on improving the project benefits, reducing project cost, and defining project risk. The project recommendations that come from this study will be developed into funding applications for SMART SCALE Round 6 and other transportation funding programs.
