Project Purpose

Goal: Develop project ideas focused on VTrans Priority 1 needs for SMART SCALE round 5. Focus on capacity preservation, safety improvement, bicycle/pedestrian access, and transportation demand management.

The survey regarding potential transportation safety, operations, access and bicycle/pedestrian improvements along Route 1 between Idlewild Boulevard in Fredericksburg and Lassen Lane in Spotsylvania County is complete.
