Termini of U.S. Route 19/U.S. Route 19 Business on each end of town

Project Purpose

This study will address safety concerns along U.S. Route 19 at Regional Park Road, as well as along U.S. Route 19 Business (Main Street) at the intersections of Pioneer Drive and Fincastle Road. Study elements will include, but are not limited to interchange reconfiguration, intersection geometric improvements, access management, traffic signal synchronization/coordination, and other traffic improvements that address safety issues.
